Jill Niebieszczanski

Jill Niebieszczanski is an experienced professional in compensation and benefits management, currently serving as Global Compensation and Benefits Manager at Percepta since October 2020. Prior to this role, Jill held various positions at Art Van Furniture from March 2008 to April 2020, including Director of Compensation and Benefits and HRIS/Compensation Manager. Jill's career began at Comerica Bank, where responsibilities included Vice President of HR Administration and campus recruitment for senior level executive development programs from 1993 to December 2007. Jill holds a Master of Arts in Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources, both from Wayne State University.
