Shelley Walter

Shelley (Michelle) Walter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and corporate engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy Manager at Percepta since November 2020, Walter has also held significant roles including Global Manager for the Global Support Services Project Team and Project Manager. Prior to Percepta, Walter was the Director of Corporate Engagement at Northern Kentucky University, focusing on building partnerships to enhance student and faculty success. Walter's expertise extends to public speaking and consulting, with notable presentations at national conferences, including discussions on industry pathways and leveraging business partnerships. Walter's academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change and a Bachelor's in Organizational Studies, complemented by a minor in Business Administration. Previous experience includes a range of project management roles at Fidelity Investments from 2000 to 2017.
