Shoval A. has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they began working for Israeli Military Intelligence - Unit 8200, where they held various roles such as Project Manager and Operations Engineering, IT and DevOps Support Team Lead, Officer course, and IT and DevOps Support. In their role as Project Manager and Operations Engineering, they defined needs, KPI's, and roadmap for several big software projects. They were also in charge of customer communication, requirements, and features prioritization, as well as developing measurement tools using Python and Splunk to produce reports of operational sources. As IT and DevOps Support Team Lead, they lead an operational team of 7 members responsible for operational Help Desk, and were responsible for 10 clusters and over 20 operational, real-time systems and infrastructure. They also reduced operation time by designing two automation systems. As IT and DevOps Support, they had system and networking administration shift and Help Desk supervisor experience, and were experienced in various IT and DevOps infrastructure technologies. They also automated network administration processes using Python. In 2022, Shoval A. began working for Perception Point as a Technical Product Manager.

Shoval A. is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business and Computer Science at The Open University of Israel, beginning in 2018.
