The leadership team at Perceptron has a history of experience in engineering and communications. Projekt Ingenieur at Leybold Hereus Vaccum Beschichtungstechnik and HF (EMV) Messtechnik Ingenieur at Siemens AG are just a few examples of the team's experience. The team is also educated, with degrees in Nachrichtentechnik from THM Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen.
