David Hollady

David Hollady is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel roles. Currently serving as General Counsel at Perceptyx since July 2024, David also contributes as a Charter Member of TechGC, an exclusive peer community for General Counsel. Prior to Perceptyx, David held the position of Vice President of Legal at Employ and led the legal and human resources departments at Lever, where responsibilities included corporate governance, commercial negotiations, and intellectual property management. Additional experience includes serving in various legal capacities at NCBE, Pegasystems, and as a summer associate at JB Enterprises. David holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, a Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston, and a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of St Andrews.
