Emily Killham

Emily Killham is an accomplished professional in the field of people analytics and research, currently serving as Senior Director at Perceptyx since December 2019, where previous roles included Director of Research & Insights and Client Data Researcher. In addition to this position, Emily holds the title of Chief Research Officer at Activate Human Capital Group, contributing expertise in employee engagement research, survey design, and organizational change. Since May 2013, Emily has operated as a management consultant through Emily Killham Consulting, Inc. Previously, Emily served as Chief Research Officer at Evolve Performance Group and as a Performance Outcome Consultant at Gallup from September 2000 to May 2010.
