Kathan Shah

Kathan Shah is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Perceptyx since August 2023, Kathan previously held the same title at Humu from December 2022 to July 2023. Prior to these roles, Kathan worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Lyft and xAd, contributing to significant projects from January 2018 to November 2022 and May 2014 to January 2018, respectively. Kathan began the career as a Software Engineer at Visa from September 2012 to May 2014, focusing on digital wallet technologies. Kathan's early experience includes technical internships at Synopsys, where tasks involved building applications and implementing web services. Kathan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Sardar Patel University.
