Kevin Schultz

Kevin Schultz has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kevin is currently working at Perceptyx as the SVP Operational Excellence since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Synapse as an Advisor & Associate from 2018. In 2012, they were a Board Member and Partner at StrategyEP, an angel investor group. From 2019 to 2023, they worked as an HCM Director at Tata Consultancy Services. Before that, they held multiple roles at Cornerstone OnDemand from 2007 to 2018, including GM, Brazil & Southern Latin America and VP, Service Delivery. Among their earlier experiences, they worked at Ariba as a Manager from 2004 to 2007, at PwC as a Management Consultant from 1996 to 2004, and at Electronic Data Systems as a Systems Engineer from 1993 to 1996.

Kevin Schultz received a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Mathematics and Computer Science as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General from Miami University. Kevin completed their studies at Miami University from 1989 to 1993.
