Mary Ann Bucklan

Mary Ann Bucklan is a seasoned professional in workforce consulting and assessment with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior Workforce Transformation Consultant at Perceptyx since October 2022, Bucklan focuses on analyzing employee feedback and optimizing employee experiences across various industries, including Manufacturing, Biotech, and Energy. Prior to this role, Bucklan spent over two decades at Employment Technologies Corporation, first as Director of Research, leading innovative assessment technologies, and earlier as Senior Consultant designing multimedia simulations for talent assessment. Additional experience includes serving as a Certified Assessor for the City of Orlando, Training and Development Specialist at Lucent Technologies/Cirent Semiconductor, and multiple roles at Wilson Learning where expertise in project coordination and assessment solutions was developed. Bucklan holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida.
