Nick Ricciardi

Nick Ricciardi has a diverse work experience, primarily in sales and account management roles. Nick is currently employed at Perceptyx as the Vice President of Account Management. Prior to that, they worked at Pavilion as a Member. Nick also held the role of Director of Direct Sales and Account Management at Checkr, Inc. and was a Vice President at SmartRecruiters, where they held multiple positions, including Regional Vice President (North America), Global Director of Customer Success/Account Management, Senior Manager of Customer Success, and Customer Success Manager for Strategic Accounts. Earlier in their career, they worked at Cornerstone OnDemand as a Channel Account Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and in Business Development for Enterprise Accounts. Nick also worked at EFT Group as a General Manager/Sales Manager.

Nick Ricciardi earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Health and Fitness Management from Rowan University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Nick also obtained a Managing for Impact Certification from Winning by Design in March 2022.
