Jorge Lopez is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and development. As Managing Director for the Central Region at Percheron, LLC since June 2018, Jorge oversees right-of-way assignments for midstream and electric transmission projects across Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma, focusing on acquisition, title research, survey, and condemnation activities. In addition, Jorge serves as President of LOCOR DEVELOPMENT, a real estate company dedicated to land development, including residential subdivisions and multi-family units. Previous experience includes a role as a Landman at Shell Oil Company, where Jorge negotiated onshore contracts in the Oil & Gas industry, and as a Quality Inspector at Honeywell Aerospace, specializing in nondestructive testing of aircraft components. Jorge holds a Global MBA in Finance from the University of Houston-Victoria, a BBA in Business Management from The University of Texas-Pan American, and an Associate's degree in Quality Control - NDT from Spartan College of Aeronautics.
