Jared Richert

Jared Richert has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and management. Jared is currently working at Perch as a Talent Strategy Business Partner, where they are involved in acquiring and operating eCommerce microbrands. Prior to their current role, Jared was the Head of Talent Acquisition at Perch.

Before Perch, Jared worked at Wayfair, where they held various managerial positions in talent sourcing, recruiting, and field leadership. Jared also worked at Professional Staffing Group as a Group Manager, overseeing a team of recruiters and managing talent strategies for major clients. At ManpowerGroup, Jared served as a Sr. Talent Consultant and a Learning & Design Talent Professional, where they designed and executed talent strategies and leadership development programs.

Jared also has experience in university and high school recruiting as a Human Resources Supervisor at Six Flags Great America. Jared began their career as an Ecommerce Analyst at Serenity Health.

Jared Richert holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Jared has also obtained the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) certification from the American Staffing Association.
