Jason Montes

Jason Montes has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jason is currently working as a Senior Manager in Product Development at Perch, a technology-driven commerce company. Prior to this, they held multiple roles at Wayfair, including Senior Manager of Operations Services, Partner Operations, and Manager of Supplier Operations Performance. Jason also worked at UTC Aerospace Systems as a Senior Materials Analyst and Production Supervisor, and participated in the Operations Leadership Program at United Technologies.
