Amanda Daman (Uziel)

Amanda Daman (Uziel) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Amanda started their career as a Special Events & Production Intern at EMM Group in 2013, followed by a role as a Marketing Coordinator at Eat The Hub in 2013-2014. Amanda then interned as an Events Intern at Upsilon Ventures in 2014.

In 2015, Amanda joined Baltz & Company as a Special Events Intern, and also served as the President of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) from 2011-2015.

Amanda'srecruitment career began in 2015 at Huxley, where they worked as an Associate Recruitment Consultant, Recruitment Consultant, and later as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

In 2018, they transitioned to Peloton Interactive, where they held various roles as a Tech Recruiter, Tech Recruiter II, and eventually became a Team Lead, Tech Recruiting. This was followed by a position as the Talent Acquisition Lead, Technical at Redesign Health in 2022. Unfortunately, they were laid off due to a workforce reduction.

Recently, Amanda joined Shiftsmart in 2022 as the Lead Talent Partner, where they contributed to building a leading platform for hourly workers and enterprises.

Currently, Amanda is part of Perchwell, starting in 2023, where they play a role in the talent department.

Amanda Daman (Uziel) completed their high school education at Ramaz from 2006 to 2010 and obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, they engaged in a Gap Year Program at Kivunim from 2010 to 2011. Subsequently, Amanda pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 2011 to 2015, where they received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
