Santiago Ruiz

Santiago Ruiz's work experience begins in 2004 when they started working as an IT Manager at Ticketek Argentina. In this role, they led a team of four individuals and was responsible for administering the company servers, managing the routers and switches, and working with various operating systems.

In 2008, Santiago became a partner at FySIT, a role they held until 2016. During this time, they gained experience in business partnership.

In the same year, Santiago joined TuEntrada.com as an IT Manager. Santiago led a team of five people and built the IT infrastructure from scratch to support the high demand for big show sales. Additionally, they handled networking hardware from Juniper.

Santiago's most recent work experience is at Percona, where they started in 2016. Santiago began as an Information Technology System Administrator and was responsible for managing all IT infrastructure, handling business-critical services, and migrating web applications to on-premise Kubernetes clusters. Santiago later advanced to the role of Information Technology Operations Manager, where they oversee the IT operations of the company, including on-premise and cloud infrastructure management.

Santiago Ruiz obtained a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from UADE, where they studied from 2006 to 2012.
