Caroline Thomas

Caroline Thomas has extensive experience in sales and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Sales Manager at Perdido Beach Resort since 2016, where responsibilities include booking group meetings and managing accounts across several states. Prior to this role, Caroline was a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at McKinney Capital from 2014 to 2015, focusing on talent selection programs. Caroline's career began at Burr & Forman LLP, where roles included Recruiting Coordinator, overseeing the interview process and Summer Associate Program, and Receptionist at the Mobile office. Caroline holds a B.A. in Communication with a major concentration in Advertising and a minor in Marketing from the University of South Alabama.
