Larissa Diener

Larissa Diener is a seasoned Human Resources and Recruitment professional currently serving as the Human Resources & Recruitment Manager at Perdoo, a leading OKR platform, since December 2021. Prior to this role, Larissa worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Flink, an innovative online supermarket, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Black Pen Recruitment, specializing in tech recruitment and staffing solutions. Larissa has experience as a Trainer for the Hillsong Africa Foundation, focusing on employability skills, and as a Coach at DigiOutsource, overseeing coaching and quality assurance for customer service agents. Larissa began their career with internships in recruitment and human resources at CareerTeam and EOH Employee Benefits, respectively, after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stenden University in 2015.
