Julie Katigan

Julie Katigan is an accomplished Chief Human Resources Officer with extensive experience in leading HR functions across various industries. Currently serving at Perdue Farms since May 2022, Julie previously held senior HR leadership roles at James Hardie Building Products, Coflax Corporation, and Colfax Corporation, overseeing global HR strategies in diverse settings. Notable accomplishments include strategic HR partnering at Electrolux and developing talent strategies at Mead Johnson Nutrition. With a career beginning at Ford Motor Company, Julie also gained experience at EDS Corporation. Julie holds an MLIR in Human Resources & Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Michigan State University.
