Jessica Waddell has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jessica is currently working as the Director of Customer Experience at Peregrin - Technology Solutions for Creditors since November 2021. Prior to this, they were a Program Manager at the same company from June 2021 to November 2021.

Before joining Peregrin, Jessica owned and operated Waddell Community Design (WCD), a social and property management group that specialized in helping HOAs build stronger communities. In 2016, Jessica worked at Community Church in various roles related to managing the environments and programming for children. Jessica was the CKids Preschool Director from May 2018 to September 2018. Prior to that, they were the CKids Program Manager from February 2017 to May 2018. Jessica also served as the Interim Elementary Manager from October 2016 to February 2017 and as the Interim Preschool Manager from July 2016 to October 2016.

Jessica started their career at Visa in 2010, where they held the position of Sr. Account Manager from October 2012 to February 2014. In this role, they mentored new employees, assigned tasks to the team, and compiled reports for manager review. Jessica also built internal procedure documentation and handled complex client research tasks. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Manager at Visa from October 2010 to October 2012, providing support to clients and assisting in the launch of a team-oriented SharePoint site.

Before joining Visa, Jessica worked at Peregrin - technology solutions & services for creditors as a Major Account Support Specialist from September 2009 to October 2010. In this role, they built client relationships, managed projects, and provided support for automated products and services. Prior to this, they worked as a Client Support Specialist at the same company from July 2008 to September 2009.
