Jessica Waddell has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jessica is currently working as the Director of Customer Experience at Peregrin - Technology Solutions for Creditors since November 2021. Jessica started their career at Visa in 2010, where they held the position of Sr. Account Manager from October 2012 to February 2014. Jessica also built internal procedure documentation and handled complex client research tasks. Prior to this, they worked as an Account Manager at Visa from October 2010 to October 2012, providing support to clients and assisting in the launch of a team-oriented SharePoint site.
Before joining Visa, Jessica worked at Peregrin - technology solutions & services for creditors as a Major Account Support Specialist from September 2009 to October 2010. In this role, they built client relationships, managed projects, and provided support for automated products and services. Prior to this, they worked as a Client Support Specialist at the same company from July 2008 to September 2009.
