Brittany Thompson

Brittany Thompson is an experienced professional in global benefits and people systems, currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits at Perella Weinberg since September 2025. Prior to this role, Brittany was with CLEAR from November 2019 to July 2025, where responsibilities included leading benefits and people systems for 4,600 employees, redesigning the 401(k) plan, and launching innovative programs like fertility and family planning.
