Greg Johnson

Greg Johnson's work experience begins in 2007 as a Summer Finance Analyst at Lehman Brothers. Greg then worked as an Analyst for a short period before transitioning to Franklin and Marshall College, where they served as a Career Peer Advisor. Following that, they returned to Lehman Brothers as an Analyst. In 2008, they joined Barclays Capital as an Analyst-Graduate. From 2009 to 2015, Greg worked at Siemens as a Compensation Consultant, Compensation Specialist, and Compensation Project Manager. In 2016, they joined Mercer, where they held positions as a Senior Associate and later as a Principal, both in Rewards Consulting. From 2018 to 2021, Greg worked as a Principal at Apollo Global Management Inc., focusing on Human Capital. In 2021, they moved to SoftBank Group International as the Director and Head of Total Rewards. Currently, Greg serves as the Managing Director and Head of Total Rewards and Data Analytics at Perella Weinberg Partners, a position they assumed in 2023.

Greg Johnson graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in 2008 with a double major in Business, Organizations and Society, as well as French. In 2006, they also studied Intercultural Management, French Language and Literature at Universite de Nantes. Additionally, Greg holds certifications as a CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) and GRP (Global Remuneration Professional) from WorldatWork.
