Laura Klaassen

Laura Klaassen is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory Business, focusing on providing strategic and financing advice to private growth companies seeking to raise capital.

Ms. Klaassen has over a 15 years of investment banking experience across private and public equity capital markets – ranging from private placements, PIPEs, IPOs and follow on issuances. Most recently, she founded and scaled the Private Capital Markets franchise at Barclays International. Prior to that, Laura spent over a decade at Goldman Sachs in the equity capital markets business between New York and London.

Ms. Klaassen has strong relationships across the growth and alternative capital ecosystem and a track record of raising private capital for leading technology, energy transition and impact companies.

Ms. Klaassen holds a Joint Bachelors degree from University College London.
