Serdj Balach

Serdj Balach is a Managing Director in Perella Weinberg Partners’ Advisory business, based in New York. He is a member of the Firm’s Global Industrials team with a particular focus on providing strategic and financial advice to companies across the broader chemicals and specialty materials sectors.

Mr. Balach has more than a decade of experience advising strategic and financial parties on critical strategic matters including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, and debt and equity financings.

Prior to joining Perella Weinberg Partners in 2020, Mr. Balach spent approximately 10 years with Citi’s Investment Banking division, where he most recently served as a Director in the Global Chemicals team.

Mr. Balach earned a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
