Akanksha Sogani

Akanksha Sogani has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Management Trainee at SAF Yeast Co. Pvt. Ltd. in 2009. Akanksha then worked as a Researcher and Writer for 8 months at AUSIB, where they produced blogs and reports for the Life Science Sector. Akanksha further gained experience as a Management Trainee (Intern) at Kalyani Thermal System Limited in 2011. From 2012 onwards, Akanksha joined Perennial Systems where they took on the role of HR Manager, demonstrating their expertise in strategic HR leadership and support for the company's key business goals. Currently, they hold the position of Head HR at Perennial Systems.

Akanksha Sogani pursued their education in a chronological order, beginning with their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biotechnology from JNU, which they completed from 2007 to 2010. Following this, they went on to pursue a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) with a focus on Human Resources (HR) from MIT-SOB between 2010 and 2012.
