Bill Anastasopoulos is General Counsel and Company Secretary for the Perennial Partners Group.
In his role, Bill has responsibility for the legal, risk management, compliance and company secretarial functions across the Group. Bill has over 30 years experience in the finance industry, of which more than 20 years have been with Perennial.
As well as being the company secretary for all companies in the Group, Bill is also a director of Fairlight Asset Management Pty Ltd, a Perennial Partners boutique.
Prior to joining Perennial, Bill was the Head of Legal and Compliance at Colonial First State Investments. Bill joined Colonial from the State Bank of NSW where he was the Legal & Documentation Manager of the Treasury Division.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting and Finance) from the University of NSW and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Technology Sydney and is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
