Diane Smith-Gander AO currently serves as Chair of Zip Co and Perenti, with the latter role commencing in March 2024 following Perenti's merger with DDH1. Since February 2016, Diane has held the position of National Chair at the Committee for Economic Development of Australia (CEDA), which focuses on economic and social issues in Australia. In addition, Diane is Chairman of HBF Health, Chair of the Business School Advisory Board at The University of Western Australia, and Independent Chairman of the Nominations Committee at WADA. With previous roles including Past President and Council Member of Chief Executive Women and non-executive director positions at AGL Energy and Keystart Loans Limited, Diane brings extensive leadership experience across various sectors. Diane earned a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Western Australia and an MBA from the University of Sydney.
