Ravi J.

Ravi J. has had extensive experience in the food industry, with a particular focus on product development and research. Ravi started their career at the Center for Dairy Research as a Research Intern, where they gained expertise in cheese characteristics and measurement techniques. Ravi then worked at Old Fashioned Foods as an Intern - QA Supervisor, responsible for product control and quality assurance. Ravi then joined Sargento Foods as a Research Scientist, leading product development projects for cheese sauces and spreads. At Wells' Enterprises Inc., they held various roles, including Technical Services Scientist and Sr. Manager R&D, where they were responsible for improving ice cream and frozen dairy products and processes. Ravi also worked at Chobani, Inc. as an R&D Manager, focusing on research and development. Prior to their current role as Global Head, Commercial at Perfect Day, Ravi was the Head of Food Development, contributing to the development of new food products.
