Blazej Rychlik

Blazej Rychlik has over 10 years of experience in the technology industry. From 2006-2007, they worked as a Software Developer for Pentacomp Systemy Informatyczne S.A. From 2007-2015, they worked for Accenture as a Business & System Integration Manager, where they were responsible for pre-sales material showcases, bidding offers preparation, contract negotiations with clients, and managing teams of up to 30 people. From 2015-2018, they worked for Oracle as the Director of Insight & Customer Strategy, where they were the Oracle Insight Global Practice Lead for Customer Experience with Sales specialty. Since 2018, they have been the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Perfect Gym Solutions S.A., where they have restructured revenues to recurring, continued revenue growth, improved expansions and upsells, decreased churn, improved overall customer experience, and achieved BEP. Blazej has also been the Chief Information Officer (CIO) since 2019, responsible for IT strategy, capacity planning, budgets, infrastructure and DevOps.

Blazej Rychlik's education history includes a Master of Science in Engineering from the Military University of Technology, obtained in 2007, an Executive MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, obtained in 2014, and an Advanced Leadership Program for Top Talents from the Center for Leadership (CL), obtained in 2022.
