Tomasz Bogucki

Tomasz Bogucki has worked in the IT industry since 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a WAN Network Administrator at IMGW, where they managed projects and was awarded the CTO Award for the success of a network extension project. From 2008 to 2021, they worked at Orange, Allianz, and Perfect Gym Solutions S.A., respectively, in various roles such as IT Manager, Senior Information Technology Architect, Information Technology Technical Architect, and IT Director. At Orange, they achieved a 300% increase in the team's efficiency and was awarded the Orange Poland Chief Executive Officer Award. As CTO at Allianz, they worked on mVAS Orange swap and Voice mail Platform Swap projects. In their current role as IT Director at Perfect Gym Solutions S.A., they are responsible for IT and Telco applications.

Tomasz Bogucki's education history includes completing a Technican degree in Electronics from Kasprzaka Technical High School between 1996 and 2001. Tomasz then went on to obtain a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the Military University of Technology between 2002 and 2007. In 2017, they completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications including ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2019, MBA from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2018, PRINCE2 from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2014, PMI Cost and Schedule Management from Project Management Institute in 2011, and PMI Project Management from Project Management Institute in 2011.
