Paula Selvidge

Paula Selvidge has had a long and varied career in the field of user experience. Starting in 1999 as a Usability Engineer Intern at Microsoft, they then moved to NetApp in 2000 as a User Experience Designer. In 2002 they joined DST Systems as a User Experience Researcher and UI Designer before becoming a Human Factors Consultant in 2006. In 2007 they were a Process Improvement Leader at H&R Block, and then in 2008 they became Chief Executive Officer and User Researcher and Product Manager at PerfectForms.

Paula Selvidge obtained their Ph.D. in Human Factors Psychology from Wichita State University between 1994 and 2002.
