Caroline Winstel

Caroline Winstel has extensive experience in operations support and business development, primarily with Perfection Group, where responsibilities include creating partnerships to enhance the efficiency of building life cycles and reducing ownership costs. In various roles, Winstel coordinated marketing campaigns, managed day-to-day operations for contracted customers at Shoffner Mechanical Services, and developed maintenance programs for Interstate Mechanical Contractors. Winstel holds a Doctor of Education (EdD), a Master of Arts in Public/Applied History (MA), a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Photography from Northern Kentucky University and Pellissippi State Community College.
