Matt Ivancic

Matt Ivancic has a diverse work experience in various sales and marketing roles. Matt started their career as an Operations Intern at Nordson Corporation in 2015, followed by Sales Internship at ISLoan Solutions. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing Research Intern and Sales Consultant at VEGA Americas, Inc. From 2018 to 2019, they served as a National Account Manager at Nolan Transportation Group (NTG). Matt then joined Lightning Bolt Solutions in 2019 as a Business Specialist, where they optimized physician scheduling software using AI technology. Matt later became a Senior Sales Engineer and then a Regional Vice President of Sales at Lightning Bolt Solutions. Currently, they are employed as the Regional Vice President of Sales at PerfectServe, Inc., managing a portfolio of enterprise hospital accounts and driving growth through account strategies and business relationships.

Matt Ivancic attended Saint Ignatius High School in Cleveland from 2010 to 2014, where they earned their High School Diploma. Following that, they pursued higher education at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2014 to 2018. During their time there, they completed a double major in Marketing and Professional Selling, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree.
