Chinnu Mathews

Chinnu Mathews began their work experience as an Account Executive at Muthoot Finance Ltd. in India in November 2009. Chinnu was responsible for maintaining the General Ledger, preparing monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements, and reporting them to the middle-level management. In April 2011, they joined Cognizant as a Process Executive, where they focused on quality checks, analysis, and reconciliation of Accounts Receivables in Oracle. Chinnu remained in this role until July 2018. Currently, they are the Co-founder and Head of People Officer at Perfectz Digital, a company that provides a range of services related to product management, UI/UX design, team building, and tech transformation.

Chinnu Mathews obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR and Finance from Mahatma Gandhi University, where they studied from 2005 to 2008.
