Laura Jaspers (she/her) has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Laura began their career as a Junior Manager Corporate Development and Assistentin des Vorstandsvorsitzenden for Bahlsen Group. In 2014, they moved to Bahlsen Ltd. as a Junior Brand Manager. In 2015, they co-founded HERMANN'S, where they worked until 2020. That year, they joined HAMBURG WASSER as Head of Recruting and Employer Branding, and also worked as a Praktikant/ Intern for Domberger Brot-Werk. In 2021, they became a Consultant Career Development at the Hertie School and Coaching I Organisational Development. Currently, they are the Head of People + Culture at Perfeggt.
Laura Jaspers has an education history that includes three institutions. Laura studied Human Resource Management/ Change Management at the University of Groningen from 2009 to 2010. From 2005 to 2008, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Organisationsentwicklung from Stiftung Universität Hildesheim. Additionally, they studied Theaterwissenschaften at the University of Bayreuth from 2003 to 2004.
