Shazia Rahman has extensive experience in human resources and resourcing, with roles at Resolution Therapeutics, ERGOMED, PRA International, and ICON plc. Shazia has expertise in workforce planning, resource management, project assignments, training plan development, and global resourcing. With a background in Medicinal Chemistry, Shazia holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) Hons and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from the University of Sussex.
