Audrey Koh

Audrey Koh brings extensive experience in human resources and compensation management, currently serving as the Global Compensation & Benefits and International Mobility Manager at Perfetti Van Melle since May 2012. Previously, Audrey held several roles within Perfetti Van Melle, including Regional HR CoE Lead and Regional Manager for Compensation & Benefits. Prior to joining Perfetti Van Melle, Audrey gained valuable experience at Starbucks Coffee Company as Compensation & Benefits Manager and at CrimsonLogic as Senior Executive in HR. Audrey began a career in consultancy at Mercer Human Resource Consulting as a Regional Associate Consultant. Academically, Audrey holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nottingham, a Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from SHRI, and a Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences with a focus on Economics and Statistics from the National University of Singapore.
