Berry Ben is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent acquisition, employer branding, and internal communication. Currently serving as HR Manager at Perfetti Van Melle since June 2021, Berry previously held key roles at ZEISS Group as Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager for Greater China, and at Ford Motor Company Asia Pacific as AP Employer Branding and Campus Recruitment Lead, as well as AP HRBO/POP Governance and AP L&D Specialist. Berry holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Shanghai Maritime University, earned from 2005 to 2009.
