Krisztina Kiss

Krisztina Kiss is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and project management. Currently serving as Global HRIS Manager at Perfetti Van Melle, Krisztina leads digitalization efforts and the continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors. Previously, as HRIS Team Lead at ASICS EMEA, Krisztina managed team development and executed significant HRIS projects, including the implementation of a time registration system across multiple countries. Experience at OSRAM included full employee life-cycle administration and system troubleshooting, while earlier roles at Nokia, Tata Consultancy Services, and PwC covered areas such as employer branding, recruitment, and HR operations.
