Neha Chhabra

Neha Chhabra has a diverse work experience starting as an Intern at ITC Ltd in 2006. Neha then moved on to various roles at Perfetti Van Melle from 2007 to 2013, including Sales Manager and HR Manager. Following this, they worked as an HR Manager at SABIC (formerly GE Plastics) in 2013. In 2014, Neha returned to Perfetti Van Melle, where they held positions such as Senior Manager HR, Associate Head HR, and currently Associate Director HR as of October 2019. Throughout their career, Neha has gained experience in human resources management and business partnership.

Neha Chhabra completed their B.Com(Hons) in Commerce from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi in 2001-2004. Neha then pursued an MBA in HR from Symbiosis Centre For Management and Human Resource Development in 2005-2007. Additionally, they obtained Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certifications from Prosci in 2022.
