Paul Ford

Paul Ford has over a decade of experience in finance and strategic leadership roles in the consumer goods industry. Paul started their career at The J.M. Smucker Company in 2008 as a Supply Chain Finance Group Manager before moving on to Procter & Gamble in roles such as Senior Corporate Forecast Manager and Trade Finance Group Manager. Paul then joined Kellogg Company as a Finance Director, leading the Kroger Sales Office before transitioning to Perfetti Van Melle, where they served as the Director of Finance and later as the Global Revenue Growth Director, focusing on accelerating profitable growth and driving change management initiatives across 20 markets. Throughout their career, Paul Ford has demonstrated a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, implement financial strategies, and drive business results.

Paul Ford completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from the University of Kentucky in the years 1999 to 2004. Additionally, they also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance with a focus on Accounting and Finance during the same period.
