Saurabh Agrawal

Saurabh Agrawal has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Saurabh started their career at various institutes as a Lecturer for Management accounting & financial analysis. Saurabh then moved on to roles at Perfetti Van Melle, where they held positions such as Sr Executive, Assistant Manager, and Manager, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and project approvals. Later, they joined DSM Sinochem Pharmaceuticals as a Global Assistant Controller, overseeing global financial analysis and strategy planning. Currently, Saurabh serves as the Head of Finance - Operation and Treasury at Perfetti Van Melle, showcasing strong skills in organizational finance, growth strategies, and compliance.

Saurabh Agrawal completed their Chartered Accountant degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2007 and their Company Secretary degree from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India in 2005. In 2023, they attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, for an Executive Programme in Communication Strategies for Corporate Leaders. Saurabh is currently working towards a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in leadership and professional development from institutions like Prosci and LinkedIn, starting in 2019.
