Nauka Saxena has a comprehensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Nauka started their career in ABN AMRO Bank as a Sales Manager from June 2007 to April 2010. Nauka then joined Dhanlaxmi Bank Limited as a Manager for Cards, PL & EL from July 2010 to November 2011. Later, they joined Axis Bank where they held multiple roles including Sales Manager for Retail Cards from February 2012 to July 2013, Affluent Relationship Manager for Affluent Cards from July 2013 to March 2014, and finally as an Area Sales Head for Affluent Cards (North) from April 2014 to July 2017. Currently, Nauka serves as the Head Sales & Account Management - Emerging Markets at Perfios Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the positions of Assistant Vice President for Key Accounts from April 2021 to March 2022 and Director for Account Management from July 2017 to March 2021.

Nauka Saxena has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science (Hons.) from Delhi University. Additionally, they attended Lady Irwin School in India, where they focused on humanities and humanistic studies.
