Anthony Montoya

Anthony Montoya, MEng, PMP has extensive experience in various engineering and project management roles. Anthony is currently serving as the President and CEO of Performance Associates International, Inc. starting in November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr. Operations Quality Engineer at Raytheon Missiles & Defense from March 2020 until November 2021. Before that, they were a Sr. Project Engineer at Freeport-McMoRan from August 2019 to March 2020. From March 2016 to August 2019, they worked as a Project Engineer at RECON Engineering & Construction. Additionally, they served as a Project Manager at Performance Associates International, Inc. from May 2011 to March 2016 and as a Metallurgical Engineer at ASARCO in May 2010.

Anthony Montoya earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Arizona in 2011. Anthony then proceeded to pursue a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering Management at the University of Colorado Boulder, which they completed in 2017. Prior to their university studies, they attended San Manuel High School. In addition, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2019.
