Kenneth Slack has extensive work experience in the field of operations and management. Kenneth began their career at ASARCO in 1976, where they worked as Concentrator Process Management. In 1984, they transitioned to the role of Senior Process Control Engineer and stayed with the company until 1994. In 1995, Kenneth joined Performance Associates International, Inc. as an Executive Consultant and held this position until 2009. Kenneth then served as Vice President - Plant Operations Services from 2009 to 2014 before being promoted to President and COO until 2016. From 2016 to 2022, they served as the President and CEO of the company. Currently, Kenneth is the Chief Revenue Officer at Performance Associates International, Inc.
Kenneth Slack attended the Colorado School of Mines from 1972 to 1976, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering. In 1981, they briefly enrolled at The University of Queensland but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study.
