Syam Mohan

Syam Mohan has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Syam is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Perfomatix, where they have successfully implemented various employee relations programs and talent management initiatives to reduce attrition. Syam collaborates with the leadership team to enforce statutory compliance and has implemented effective talent acquisition strategies resulting in a significant increase in the organization's headcount. Syam also plans and manages the performance appraisal process biannually.

Prior to Perfomatix, Syam worked at Guidehouse as an Assistant Manager HR and later as a Lead - HR Business Partner. In these roles, they partnered with business leaders, developed and retained talents, and championed employee connect initiatives. Syam also administered the benefits program and acted as a liaison between line managers and employees to resolve various employee issues.

Syam Mohan completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management from Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
