Leah Salt's work experience includes various roles in project management and digital production. In 2015, they worked as a Digital Producer at Real Interactive, managing integrated campaigns for clients like World Vision Canada and Loblaws Multi-Vendor. From 2017 to 2018, they served as a Digital Producer at 6degrees Integrated Communications, overseeing the digital production of projects for Loblaws Multi-Vendor and Green Giant Canada. In 2018, they joined Bensimon Byrne as an XD Ops Lead and later a Senior UX Project Manager. At SID LEE, they worked as a Senior Digital Producer, managing the production and delivery of campaigns for H&R Block and TJX Style+. Leah also has experience as a Senior Project Manager at Jacknife, Sid Lee, and Mass Minority, where they later became the Director of Project Management. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Integrated Project Manager at Performance Art.
Leah Salt has a diverse education history. In 1992, they attended Western University and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at the university, they majored in Social Anthropology and minored in Philosophy, graduating in 1996. In 1997, Leah enrolled at the Institute of Canadian Advertising and completed the Communications and Advertising Accredited Professional Course (CAAP) in 1999. Leah focused on enhancing their skills in the field of communications and advertising during this period. Following this, Leah attended the University of Toronto in 2011, where they took part in the Advanced Web & Social Media Strategies program. Continuing their education, they enrolled in MarketingProfs University in 2012 and completed the Social Media Marketing Fast Track program.
