Michael Dewey

Michael Dewey is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the beauty and retail sectors. As the Chief Executive Officer of Performance Beauty Group since April 2020, Michael oversees a global portfolio of beauty brands, driving growth through strategic brand initiatives and expansion. Prior to this, Michael served as Chief Financial Officer of US Oral Surgery Management and held significant positions at Sally Beauty, including Group Vice President & Managing Director and Vice President of Development and Global Strategy, where more than $700 million in new revenue was generated. Earlier in the career, Michael was the Chief Compliance Officer at HMS Host and Director of Accounting & Reporting. Michael Dewey holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees in Finance & Mathematics from The University of Texas at Austin and Lamar University.
