James Maloney

James Maloney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and chapter engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Performance Contracting, Inc. since January 2022, Maloney previously held key roles at The Ability Experience, including Senior Director of Chapter Engagement and Regional Director. With earlier experience as a Project Manager and various leadership positions at Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity, Maloney has cultivated a strong background in organizational development. Maloney holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Arizona State University and has attended Florida State University, as well as completed secondary education at Lyman High School.
