Mike Metcalf

VP, Corporate Administration

Mike graduated from Southwestern College in 1989 and attended the University of Kansas School of Law, obtaining his law degree in 1992. Following law school, he spent 15 years in private practice, primarily representing construction companies. He joined PCG in 2007 as Corporate Counsel, and in 2015 was promoted to Senior Corporate Counsel. Mike was named Vice President, Corporate Administration effective January 1, 2020.

In his new role, Mike oversees Human Resources, Recruiting & Employment, Compensation & Incentives, Salary Administration, and Employee Benefits. He has over 27 years of experience managing legal issues and challenges faced by construction companies, including employment claims and HR compliance.
