Barbara (Carpenter) DeCost is an experienced professional in operational excellence and business process management. Currently serving as the Director of Operational Excellence at Performance Food Group, Barbara has previously held the position of Business Process Champion at Performance Foodservice. With a strong background as a Senior Project Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Barbara has also worked as an Independent Consultant at Achieve Consulting, LLC, and as a Business Process Architect at Performance Food Group.
